Aviva began her career as a fashion designer in New York but returned to Melbourne in 2020, feeling burnt out and unfulfilled.
In the stillness of the pandemic, while moving through some major life transitions, she discovered Human Design and everything shifted. Reading her chart felt like a full-body sigh of relief. It gave language to what she’d always felt but never quite been able to explain.
Now, she helps others do the same: using Human Design to support people through career changes, relationship shifts and those moments when you’re making major life decisions - with more clarity, confidence and trust in yourself, even when the path isn’t clear.

Before stepping into the realm of Nutrition & Naturopathy, Jacinta began her career working in the space of energetic work; taking these lessons with her on how the body functions beyond the physical allowed her to be the holistic practitioner that she is.
Fast forward a few years, now in the role of a business owner - Jacinta understands how quickly burn out can approach and finds that the key to supporting longevity in her work and nervous system is by understanding her Human Design and working in alignment with what she truly needs.
As a practitioner, she sees how easy it is for clients to reach a point of depletion when they’re forcing themselves to operate in a way that isn’t in alignment with what their body is truly calling for. This is where Human Design comes in.
